Ladies Tennis
 | For a number of years Oaks suffered from a lack of lady players and was unable to field a team for the summer league. Of recent years this has all changed and the club now boast a friendly and active ladies section. The ladies membership has grown thanks to the introduction of weekly ladies coaching and the re-introduction of a ladies team for the league. |
There is a regular group of ladies playing at the club on Tuesday Club Nights and Saturday afternoons.
We also hold a Ladies Charity Tournament and lunch during the early summer.
Some ladies entered the Leicestershire Veterans Ladies Tennis Associations Winter Tournament 2010/2011.
Ladies interested in playing for the club teams for the season 2011 are welcome to join our Indoor Winter Match Practices, which take place on a Thursday evening at the LTA Academy Courts in Loughborough. There is an additional charge for this activity to cover the cost of the indoor courts and balls.
