Oaks & District Tennis Club

The Annual General Meeting of the Oaks and District Tennis Club is to be held on Monday,

31^st January 2011 at the Broomleys Cricket Club, Blackwood, Coalville at 7.30 pm.

The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:-

3        Matters arising from the minutes

4        Chairman’s report

5        Treasurer’s report

6        Election of officers and committee

7        Subscriptions for the 2011 season

8        League teams for the 2011 season

9        Any other business

The present committee would welcome nominations for item 6.  The following is the full list of officers and committee: -

Chairman – Vice-Chairman – Treasurer – Secretary – Membership Secretary (new position) - Match Secretary – Junior Organiser - Social Secretary, Men’s Captain – Ladies Captain – Committee Member

Any proposals should be forwarded in writing to the Secretary by Monday, 17^th January 2011 stating to which position/s the proposal/s relate, together with names of proposer and seconder.

Items of ‘Any Other Business’ should be forwarded in writing to the Secretary by Monday, 17^th January 2011.

The Chairman’s report, the minutes of the previous AGM and recommendations of the committee for the 2011 season are enclosed.  A copy of the 2010 accounts will be available to read at the AGM and following the AGM will be posted on the Notice-Board in the clubhouse.
